The Keeper popped by the bookstore one day and discovered the magazine called Scrye that’s dedicated to trading cards buffs. And, a magazine called MAGE that proclaims itself the only magazine dedicated to Magic: The Gathering.

hmm, a VERY long time ago, there's a magazine called 'InQuest' (apparently it's still around) which every Magic fan has. At the back, there's an all important catalog of all the Magic cards in existence at that time (together with a few other more popular card games), together with a suggested market price of the card in question.
ah... I wonder how much my cards are worth now (if they haven't rotted away that is). I'm pretty sure cards printed 10 years ago must be pretty rare, right? ;D

Heh, don't think there's much of a market in SG now... I know of 2 friends who still trade in Magic cards and one of them goes overseas to trade cards sometimes... Heard he's making big money from Magic cards... I have one 5-litre ice-cream box that's filled with Magic cards but due to my poor business acumen back then, I don't think they are worth much at all... On the bright side, I do seem to have a knack of enriching others!

wah, go overseas to trade cards? Must be diehard hardcore fan!
hehe, I also have a few boxes of cards lying around, but most of it's pretty worthless, 'cos my cream of the crop deck was stolen at the height of my Magic 'career', which resulted in me losing interest gradually and finally enabling to do some last minute catching up in my studies to prevent myself from flunking out! ;D

Ooh...5-litre ice-cream box. Do ice-cream boxes come in 5-litre? Its_just_me, better keep your cards. They may be worth a fortune and you don't know it! What if you've got a Black Lotus? Or a Mox?
What do you call those people who check out the value of jewels? (the name escapes me for the moment). Well, you need one of those card people for your cards. Oh wait! Justarius can check them out for you!!
