Breasts, panties and fighting 
That's what I thought when I saw episodes 1 and 2. But the story is much more! Interesting and exciting! Pretty good! I just finished watching 13 episodes...the rental shop has only until episode 15 or 16. There're 24 episodes in total. I think the last episode ended in September 2004 in Japan. Started airing in April. So, it's a new anime.
I love Shin Natsume!!! Sooo Handsome!! Sooo Cool!! Unfortunately, also quite crazy...reminds me of Muraki (YnM), another handsome, crazy guy Shin is voiced by Shuichi Ikeda, one of my favourite seiyuus! I Love his voice...so sexy 
Shinichirou Miki plays Bob, an African-American big guy. Tomokazu Seki plays Masataka Takayanagi, a young powerful guy. And there's Kenta Miyake (Tsume/Wolf's Rain) who plays Sagara, a wrestler...Amazing, because I don't remember Tsume having such a deep, heavy voice. Hisakawa Aya (Yoko/12 Kingdoms) plays Maya Natsume. Toshiyuki Morikawa plays Mitsuomi Takayanagi.
As for the story, well, I only watched until episode 13, so I don't have the full story yet. But so far, it's been about the clash between 2 martial arts groups of Toudou Academy--the Juukenbu group led by Maya Natsume and the Enforcement group led by Mitsuomi Takayanagi.
Thing is, Maya and Mitsuomi have a past relationship which complicates things.
Maya and Mitsuomi used to be lovers but events changed things. Mitsuomi killed Maya's elder brother Shin Natsume and since then, Maya has never forgiven Mitsuomi...In the present, Souichirou Nagi and Bob Makihara enter the Academy, wanting to prove themselves superior but soon become drawn into the conflict between the 2 opposing martial arts groups.
Behind everything, there seems to be much more going on…<br>
I'm looking forward to seeing more episodes!!

But... wait a minute! You said Mitsuomi killed Shin, that's why Maya never forgives him, right? So...that means Shin is already dead?! Only lives in memory, then?
