hunter x hunter is mainly about gon freaks and his other friends (killua, kurapika and leorio) it's about gon and his quest to find his father who doesn't even wanted to see him. his quest led him to the hunter examand then to a game called Greed Island (which his father was one of the creators of the game).
hunter x hunter is also made by Yoshihiro Togashi which is the creator of yu yu hakusho and naruto.

Yeah, I like hunterxhunter, too. Especially killua! But I don't have the whole series of the anime. I only watched Greed Island until episode 8.

Ah!! I've downloaded episodes 1-5 and just finished watching the first episode. Interesting.

Whoa! I didn't know that Gon is voiced by Naruto's seiyuu, Takeuchi Junko!! But Gon doesn't sound like Naruto...perhaps, my ears are too lousy...
