Uh...it started pretty good for the first few episodes. Then it just went downhill from there. Quite meaningless and certain bits quite repetitive. A lot of sidetracks which don't advance the story and seem to be an excuse to prolong the thing. The art is good actually and the seiyuus are great, but the story just kinda flops. It just doesn't make sense. There's a lot of talk about a revolution but what revolution?? What the hell is going on?? Well, maybe seeing the men's naked upper bodies is worth it. Those guys leave their shirts flapping open whenever they feel like it. Lovely naked chests. I like Touga Kiryuu's soft long red hair He's the most beautiful. Wicked too, but next to the scheming Akio Ohtari, it seems Touga's not too bad. Cold and heartless, Touga's got a weird sense of the word "romantic". Lets his younger sister think they are not blood-related because it's more romantic. Actually, RG Utena is pretty weird. Almost everyone in there is weird except for Utena whom you'd think is weird because she thinks she's a prince and wears a boy's uniform. Turns out everyone else is weirder. In the end though, I think the supporting characters stole the show from Utena. She just became unexpectedly spineless and dull. Her fire and spunk just died somewhere in the episodes.
