Ohh... Welcome to NHK sounds nice. Perviness is nice. Brotherhood sounds too much blood...  Glad you like the new layout. Still not done doing. A few stuff I still have to fix... like the smilies... >..< Yeah, Kyou Kara started in 2004 and went on to 2009 for 3rd season. Wow... long contract for the seiyuus. Let's get Shirubi to watch Kyou Kara Maou!!! I've finished all 3 seasons and now on the OVA eps still downloading. Ehh... come to think, when did you read Kyou Kara Maou in your Newtype mag? Yeah, Shirubi, I'll be posting links to downloading & online watching. I wanted to save all episodes in my computer but had to delete a few downloaded eps. Space constraints... >..< Which Newtype issue was yours? Seems they featured Kyou Kara Maou in the 2004, 2005 & 2006 issues. If 2004... it means it was a year after you came here (you were 13), right when we were having fun without knowing the anime started! Super perverted sounds very nice. I might just go look for DearS. Hmm.. isn't it a basketball anime? Hmm... Shoe, I know Heroes and Scrubs, but what's Dexter & How I met your mother about? And why haven't you been watching anime?  |

I dunno, i think i kinda just got over watching anime. My friends still watch them heaps, i only watch something if they really persist on me watching an anime. The last i watched was Code Geass.  Dexter is about a serial killer who only kills bad people... Based on the books by Jeff Lindsay. How I Met Your Mother is probably THE BEST show I've seen ever! Only after Scrubs though. XD It starts off in the future, and the main character tells his kids about how he met their mother. It's basically a love story in reverse. We know they get together, but we don't know WHO the mother is, but we do know he does get her... who ever she is. |

Well, how I met your mother is more comedy than romance. Barney stinson, one of the main characters in that show... He's my favourite tv show character ever!! Second is the janitor from scrubs. XD

The most recent anime I've watched are Samurai 7, Gundam 00, and Trinity Blood.
I started Code Geas, and I still have to finish second season of 00. I also watched the first episode of Desert Punk.

Eh? O.O Isn't that Nader?  Oh.. Nader watched Trinity Blood. I downloaded the 1st epsisode and it was quite interesting but also quite complex ideas.. No hot sexy bishounen or bishoujo though... Did you like Trinity Blood, Nader? How's Code Geass? Shirubi, why is Nana depressing? I only know it's a Korean manga. Since it's anime, then I guess it's based on that manga. |

Trinity Blood was eh. Interesting at parts, but it was relatively easy to tell that it was going to take a twist to a Sci-Fi anime. Scrapped Princess did a far better job at that. Interesting concept though. I disliked the ending.
Code Geass so far isn't too bad. Pretty interesting. I love CLAMP for one reason, their characters look feminine as all hell, but they are gorier than a lot of anime out there. Look at X for example, lol. I stopped watching it because I got annoyed from the progresso commercials on youtube, and because of the fact that the video wouldn't load at times.
I recently started continuing Texchnolyze. Good show. Very different. Need to finish.

well NANA is depressing because this girl (Nana) moves to tokyo to be with her lover and well he ends up cheating on her..
and well then all this stuff happens, and it's just sad ): i really hate this character Takumi in it >.<
but if you like chick flicks and soft-core sex... then this is good for you. OH, and a long series lol.

Mm.. based on what Nader said, I think I need to make time for Code Geass. Yeah, X... blood everywhere. I think the mangaka has a thing for blood.. like Mayu Shinjo (she did Haou Airen manga and says blood adds eroticism). X story is ... depressing and isn't too solid. But.. the idea is interesting and nice. Texchnolyze... oh what's it about? Did you say "soft-core sex", Shirubi? ^___^ Oh, you don't know how happy that makes me feel.  Plus, Shirubi has used the 3-letter word! She's a young woman now...  If the drawing is good.. I will check out Nana...and look out for Takumi... Is he handsome? |

It is set in the future in an underground city named Luks. The story follows a prizefighter who gets his arm and leg cut off by the ruling party, the Organo, who act like the mafia. They then replace the lost limbs with advanced prosthetic limbs. When they perform this operation, they use a flower call raffia which allows the bond to happen. Raffia is only grown in Luks and only grows where there have been a lot of dead bodies buried. The main character then join the Organo, and soon you learn about the other 3 factions. I have not seen Lain. Can't say for sure. Animation is similar I think.
To explain the artistic portion, it hits you with so much metaphors its ridiculous. There are also so many interpretations, and they could all be true.
As for the dark part, without giving away the plot, I'll just say there isn't a happy ending...unless you interpret it another way.
