My sister and I are trying to go to the megacon on february.
And I need a cosplay outfit thing.
If anyone can, are there any mangas animes whatever that I can possibly do?
Preferably if possible one where there is a character that has short hair and glasses?
.......................yeah. I Will be looking myself but I am just asking b/c I dont know as many show things as other people do.

What about that one girl On Stellvia, I can't remember her name. didn't her name start with a Y..or A..i don't know sorry.! But she has glasses, and brown hair. I think it's short cuz she kinda has curls in the back. Hope I could help.  |

Eh? But Faye from Cowboy Bebop don't wear glasses although she has short purple hair. Mmm....glasses and short hair. Not many anime characters are like that. I'm thinking of Scooby Doo's scientist (what's her name...Velma?). Hahahaha....sorry. Iwakami, you're looking for female characters? Or male characters? At the moment, my mind is blank. I think it's easier to find male characters with short hair and glasses. For instance, Keitaro from Love Hina Well, anyway, here's a whole list of seiyuus with pics of the characters they play. Well.probably female, though male is probably okay as well......acctually I think I might not be going to the thing........................but I still want to do a cosplay and take pictures if it turns out really good. ^^

OOps sorry. forgot to give a bit more description to help out.
my glasses are not round shapped, kinda ovaly squary.....mix between oval and square. I have brown hair, and its different lengths. A bit shorter in front and then tiny bit longer in the back. though its not longer than halfway down my neck.

I might being going to a cosplay convention in August.
My brother thinks I should be Yuna-we have the same hair-color,
face shape, eye shape, and I can immitate her voice really
well!!!
Only thing I'm concerned about is guys chasing me around the mall that the conventions' in-even unattractive girls get stalked!!!

hehe I'm thinking who I want to cosplay, I will be going to the con in the uk this year, and want to cosplay. But hm still not sure who I should be. I was thinking maybe shuichi lol. but not really sure if I'd dare to do that lol;) And then a girl from university said I should cosplay fujimori (guy from sukisyo). lol But I'm really not sure at all yet who I want to cosplay, once I was also considering naruto, but I think there will be too many people doing him. So I'm compleatly not sure yet. Anybody have suggestions.?

Naomi, your fear of being chased is very different from the cosplayers at my place Here, cosplayers are very proud and happy to pose for photos. They dress up to show off and they'll gladly pose for anyone with a camera or videocam or whatever. For the days of the anime/cosplay event, the cosplayers are treated like celebrities with people taking their photos and flashlights going off all the time. It's really fun to see Mmm.....but if you get chased by people who won't let go, then I guess you should bring along someone who can protect you. Hahaha...... So Shuichi, have you decided who you'll be cosplaying as? Fujimori or Shuichi? It's hard to say which is better because we can't see what you look like Naruto?? *tries to imagine Shuichi as a character from Naruto* Hahaha!!! Which character?? Yeah, Naruto is popular. At the anime/cosplay event at my place recently, many people cosplayed as Naruto characters. Kakashi, Tsunade, a few Anbu guards, Itachi, Neji and other Konoha ninjas. |

i know what you mean about naruto being really popular.. at the last convention i went to (back in october of last year) about half of the cosplayers were from naruto.  But was this one very cute girl who cosplayed as Chii from chobits. Too bad i didn't take my camera that day (I regret it even to this very day) Well, next convention (again in october) i will cosplay as either Nabeshin (excel saga) or Dr. Kabapu (excel saga) |

HAHAHAHA!!!! Nabeshin and Dr Kabapu have one thing in common. Their hair Ah!! Chii from Chobits!! Yeah, I think that's the character a girl was cosplaying at the anime event at my place. Hahaha....yeah, you must always bring your camera when going to cosplaying events. Very important. Hahaha..... That Chii Chobit girl must have been really cute for you to regret till now. I got the afroish messy hair.. all i need is a suit and im ready I know, i feel like an idiot for not taking the camera.. but on that day, she did walk past me and bump into me by accident. It was kinda crowded. It felt good bumping into her ;D well, don't worry, i've being planing for the convention ever since i got back from the convention in october last year. lol.. and the cool thing is that the convention has a forum.. where i made friends with heaps of people.. some of which i've already met in real life. I know it's dangerous.. but i took the risk ;D |

I think Shelbe could have been a good Chii when her hair was super long-it was the same color of hers.
Right now I could be a whole lot of anime girls-my haircut is real "BIG" in modern anime.

Ahh.....I see So, you chose those characters because of your hair, Shoe. You know, I still can't imagine you with Afro-ish hair. How did you get it? I can't recall whether you mentioned it before. Excel's face? How do i not know that face? I've seen all of excel saga 3 times and read the manga (up to vol 10) two times. This convension has alot to do.. there is Karaoke contest, kawaii panel (people drawing kawaii pictures), game tournaments (last year was Soul Calibur 2 battle.. which i didn't go in.. so many pros  ), anime/manga stores, screenings, art gallery, cosplay, and most importantly.. ARCADE!!!!!!!!!! (though back then i didn't like them.,.. but now i love them ) Yep, all of them are from Australian.. but not all are australian (in terms of background).. one is south american (from Chile.. same country as me.. we are good friends), one is 100% Australian (plus she is very cute but is a year older than me.. oh well. lol), and the others are asians. lol. We named Galaxy World (this arcade place) our official meeting area.. when ever we are planning on meeting we go there. |
