Hey all. Anyone here read MAR? It's one of the best one's out there in my opinion, and you should really read it. If you need details, like a summary or something, just ask.

Lol, it's about this kid, Ginta, who is a huge otaku and video game freak. He believes in the world that his mom writes about so much, that one day, something from the other world comes to take him there. While there, he becomes an Arms user, which is like using cool items to do cool things!! You have to read it. If you want everything thats out so far in english, go to www.snoopycool.com

Hahaha...Santakat, I was supposed to reply to your post much earlier but forgot. Thanks for the snoopycool link. I have downloaded MAR akt1 but haven't finished reading. Yeah Ikebana...For MARS, I didn't get the chance to read all the volumes at the library. I only read the last volume!! So, I know the ending already even though I didn't read the rest Yeah, MARS is quite good.

Well least you would know it's a happy ending or not, even though you wouldn't know much about the characters personalities. How many volumes are there?? I only know of it because I borrowed it off a friend. Also wow! Does your library have many mangas?? My public library doesn't have that much, it has such small collection.[/glow]

There're 15 volumes and I was lucky enough to pick up number #15 Yeah, it's a happy ending Oh, my public library only recently started buying many English-translated manga (Tokyopop) and American comics. All along, the library had a lot of Chinese-translated manga...It's really a big change now because of the increasing popularity of manga and comics. Actually, the public library has changed a lot over the years. Now, it's got the latest fiction and non-fiction titles, including comics and manga. So, there's really no need to buy from the stores unless the library hasn't got what you want or you just prefer buying from the stores. For me, I prefer the library. If the title is on loan, I can place a very small reservation fee so I can borrow it when it returns. What's your public library like?

[glow=red,2,300]Sorry for not replying in a long time. My computer went on a vacation! My public library it's kind of small, well not that small. Lol, i'm not quite sure myself! But it has a really really tiny section for manga. They've got like bits and pieces of different manga, never the whole series. One of the ones i read there was Ranma 1/2 but it was like volume 23. It was funny. Ya my library has been changing too. But it's all for the best! [/glow]

Ah-ha. Looks like you don't visit the library often, Urude.
Ah! So that's why I haven't seen you around! Your computer went to Hawaii!! So, are you using a new computer now? Or using the one that's back from Hawaii? What mischief have you been up to during this time?

Ya my computer came back from Hawaii with a tan and new accessories! While I was sadly, Internetless and lonely without it. But my computer came bak!
Yes! I definitely need to go out more. I'm usually stuck inside the house, because no one is able to drive me, cuz my parents are usually at work. Also places are too far away to walk. It's very sad.

Oh? Urude, you're stuck in the house? What about taking public transport like buses? Do you have buses that bring you to the malls and grocery shops? Is it dangerous to walk outside? I don't know....I hear some horror stories sometimes, about people getting killed if they come out at night.....Well, I get the idea that the only safe place is my country and my home
