I fell in love with seiyuus first before I fell in love with anime  Hahaha...It so happened that the first seiyuu I fell in love with was Shiozawa Kaneto who did Larva in the Princess Miyu OVA. Thereafter, I began noticing other seiyuus and now, I look out for those I like and make it a point to check out the seiyuus for every anime I watch... My list has grown since my first love... Shuichi Ikeda, Takehito Koyasu, Kazuhiko Inoue, Toshihiko Seki, Tomokazu Seki, Katsuyuki Konishi (Touya in Ceres), Miki Shinichirou, Akira Ishida, Hikaru Midorikawa (Tamahome in Fushigi Yuugi)...These seiyuus have done so many anime, it's hard to list every memorable character they did! I just love guessing seiyuu voices whenever I watch anime! It's so much fun!! Oh...I should say that I only pay attention to masculine voices which have detectable differences...The ladies all seem to sound alike... |

- Takehito Koyasu (voice of Ryousuke: Initial D, Ilpalazzo: Excel Saga)
- Nachi Nozawa (Voice of Anderson: Hellsing, Zephryl: Ragnarok The Animation)
- Yuji Ueda (voice of Keitaro: Love Hina, Akito: Nadesico)
- Omi Minami (Voice of Ruri: Nadesico, Hyatt: Excel Saga)

Ooh!! You like Takehito Koyasu and Yuji Ueda too!! Yeah, they have really great voices!! Ueda has this very nice, young man voice that can be cute or manly. Mm...I'm not familiar with Nachi Nozawa and Omi Minami because I haven't seen the anime you mentioned. I've seen Hellsing, but don't quite remember Anderson...  |

I like Nachi Nozawa because of his laughter is... priceless.. lol
Anderson laughed, i think, in episode 9 or 10.. one of them.
Yuji Ueda's voice is funny.. perfect for funny people that get hit alot... like Keitaro from Love Hina
Takehito Koyasu's voice is like the best of the lot.

Anderson...anderson....*thinks* Mm, can't recall. So, I checked online and saw a figurine of him. Oh, him!  Yeah, now I remember--the priest who tried to blast Hellsing away! But unfortunately, I still can't recall his voice or his laughter.... I also did a check on all the anime Nachi Nozawa did so far and realised that I haven't seen any of his anime  Mm...I'll keep a look out for his voice in future. Yuji Ueda's voice is perfect for funny people who get hit a lot? Yeah, I think so too! |

I like the Japanese voice of Inuyasha/Ryuichi (gravitation) I forgot his name right now, but I'll remember eventually...lol n___n;; He's played other people too, but those to characters are what he is mostly known for methinks...

I know!! I know!!! His name is Kappei Yamaguchi. He is one of my favourite voice actors. His voice is very distinctive and recognizable. You would know it anywhere! Can't miss it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kappei_YamaguchiYeah, I LOVE him as Inuyasha  His voice is just perfect! In fact, I'm now in love with Inuyasha At first, he looked cute and somewhat handsome with his white hair. But now....he's just sooo sexy and cuute!! His personality is sooo adorable. The more I get to know him, the more adorable and sexy he becomes I think the anime is actually quite old, but it's only now that my TV station is showing it. I didn't know Inuyasha is so fabulous. I love it so much. |

I dont know any names but I like most voice actors for rurouni kenshin and outlaw star. I specifically like the voice actor of orphen and sanzo.

I was talking about english voice actors, i cant really concentrate on the japanese ones becausei'm too busy reading subtitles. The english voice actors of sanzo and orphen are the same person.

hehe, the guy who does the voice of Orphen (Japanese) also does Iwata, one of my favourite characters of Excel Saga. Here is a list of my favourite ENGLISH voice actors... David Matranga (Orphen from Orphen ) Jason Douglas (Childman from Orphen and Il Palazzo from Excel Saga) Spike Spencer (Akito from Nadesico and Shinji from Evangelion) Richard Hayworth (Legato Bluesummers from Trigun and Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin) Jeff Nimoy (Nicholas Wolfwood from Trigun) I don't really like the female voice actress in english, they never sound ... good in my opinion, i like them done in english.. In english they never sound.. cute. when in the japanese they do. |

oh yeh, another favourite seiyuu.
Tomoko Kaneda. She did the voice of Chiyo-chan from Azumanga Daioh, she saound soooooo cute..

Azumanga Daioh is a school comedy. About a few high school girls with one 10 year old student who is a genius going through life in High School.. with a hilarious twist. One girl who recently moved to Tokyo from Osaka is THE most clueless anime character you will ever know about. She was nicknamed 'Osaka' because she comes from there.

My favorite character is Excel character is Nabashin, the japanese voice for him is the actual director. lol There are alot of male characters that have a female voice actor. yeh i know.. Funny Nabeshin that drives the Lance Evolution. lol. Oh yeh, in the dvd, you see an interview with Nabeshin.. the Director. He sounds exactly the same. It's also funny because they are talking about the release of Puni Puni Poemi. oh yeh, i've heard heaps of girls doing male characters, like for example Himura Kenshin, and ... others. |
