Well, Ginji, my brilliant plan worked very well! *eat takoyaki voraciously* Once the vendor was on his dream island with sexy flirting babes, I grabbed these delicious takoyaki! *burst into laugh* I'm Midou Ban-sama! The invincible man! Whahahaha!!! If I'm not mistaken, you said that gb world site has been already accessable again. But when I wanted to visit there some days ago, I couldn't access the whole site. I want to read gb mysteries again because I remember I've read a gb review in a magazine saying that Ban has a curse of his own that still remains unclear. Yeah, Ginji, it seems that Akabane misses you a lot. And he brings his even more evil twin brother with him!  |

Uh, Ban....do you have any more Takoyaki left? Ah...that GB site is strange. "Bandwidth quota exceeded" every time  Mm, bandwidth probably got stolen when people hotlink the images there. It takes a long time before it's ok again. I just went there and it's still closed. Yeah, I think I remember reading about Ban's mysterious curse in GB world, but I'm not sure. Which magazine did you read that review from? He belongs to some kind of tribe or something and learnt to use his powers from a witch. Did I get that right? Mm...we'll just have to wait for GB world to open again. Evil twin brother of Akabane?! Akabane misses me a lot? *shivers* I think I have to run away.... |

I read in Ban's profile in GB official website that he's half German. And the witch from whom he learnt to use his power is actually his German grandmother. Half German?  That would explain his blue eyes  Yeah, I've been to that website before although I think I skipped the character info. I went back there again and saw that it was Ban's grandmother who gave him his powers!! I thought his grandmother only taught him to use those powers, not give them to him?!...Hang on....checking GB World... Oh goodness! Quick, Pippichan!! GB World is open again!!! Ban's curse is mentioned under Characters. Ban is one quarter German!!! He was born under the Aesculapian Sign (a constellation sign) which makes him cursed. And he is able to use his Evil Eye because of that curse. He drives around in a Tentou Buggy Subaru 360 (1200cc engine) and often parks in non-parking zones ......Oh wait. Ah, lucky! Gb world was open when I visited there just now. Oh, so it's because of the curse he got, he can use evil eyes. I thought his curse is something tragic like 'gonna die in gruesome way' or else. ;D I guess the misfortune his curse gives him is bad luck in money matter. But still, I wonder why possessing such awesome power is said to be cursed? I think great power can only be a curse if the owner badly, irresponsibly uses it. I don't think Ban does that. Hey, I'm not big fat tare panda! I'm a cute, cuddly tare panda! See, see?! Cute! Cute! Not fat, Cute! C-U-T-E! GINJI!!! Ah, Ban is cursed because he is born under that star sign, not because the powers are a curse. According to GB, his grandmother probably gave him those powers to protect him from the misfortunes that the curse will bring. Yeah, I'm also wondering what kind of misfortunes he'll suffer. So far, it's been money problems all the way Hmmpf. Cute. Since when...Eh, Ban!!! Where are you going? You're leaving me with 2 Akabanes??! Eh!! Ban-Chan! BAN-CHAN!!! *quickly pursues Ban* |

I wonder how does it feel to be considered cursed just because you were born under a certain star sign. Must be terrible - with people treat you like an outcast. Even Ban's mother denied him.  |

Ban's mother denied him? Did that happen in the manga? Yeah, being cursed just because of that star sign...it's crazy. Mm....but I think there's no evidence of him being cursed. I can't see in what way he's cursed....To me, Ban looks lucky Even if he's cursed, he's still very intelligent and can think his way out of tough situations....very cool. Hey Ban-chan, I think those 2 Akabanes won't be here for a while Hahahaha! *hops into the car beside Ban* So why are we going to the beach? Are we meeting Hevn there? |

When Ban defeated Ayame (the one who likes to implants steel to body) and Ayame shrieked "Devil!" there's a woman voice that audible only for Ban's ears (and ours too) shouting, "He's not my son! He's a devil's son!" I guess Ban remembered how his mother denied him after Ayame called him a devil. That's in the anime. While in the manga, besides the memory of his mother's denial, there's also an evil voice within him that persuades him to just kill Ayame. Hm... does that mean that Ban actually has 'demon' inside of him? *driving in high speed* Hevn?! Why should we meet her at beach?! We're going to refresh our tired eyes, Ginji! *Smiling wickedly* |

OH!!! Yeah!! I forgot about that part of the anime!! Whoa, your memory is so much better than mine. Is it because you keep watching the anime over and over again? Poor Ban. Even his mother rejected him. That's really sad. Poor Ban  Oh? In the manga, there's a voice telling him to kill Ayame? Which volume? But in both anime and manga, Ban still ultimately spared Ayame, right? So, it still means that Ban is a good guy even if there's a demon inside him. Mm....but so far, is there any website that mentions that there's a demon inside Ban? It could be that the evil voice is just the evil side of Ban and not a real demon. *hangs on tight* Heheehee!! Right, Ban! Just what we need! Let's refresh our eyes at the beach!!! Last time we went there, there were so many bikinis!! It's just that when I see or read story that interests me so much, there're things that stay in my mind. ;D
Why don't you check Get Backers 6. And also Get Backers 12. There are things in Get Backers 12 that the anime don't show. But it hasn't answered the riddle about Ban, even makes it tough, instead.

Ah, I see. Good memory there  Getbackers 6 and 12? Mm...ok, I'll go check. It seems only my usual rental shop has Getbackers. The new shop doesn't have it I wish the new shop was better, with all the titles that I want. It's quite a small shop and even the romance titles are not as many as the usual shop. How can I break away from the usual shop like this? Arrghhh. *lets go of the door handle and ceiling*  Uuhhhh.....Ban, your driving......*bounces back into big Ginji, stares at the girl for a second, then opens the car door and runs out* Hey, you alright? Oh?! So, you've moved to the new rental shop? Yeah, new rental shop sometimes doesn't have many titles as the old one. But maybe later they'll have. Just ask for your favourite titles over and over again, I think they'll do their best to fulfill your demand because they need to get customers as many as possible, right? ;D

Hmpf. I stopped going to both rental shops already. No time. Also, owe one of them fines. If I go back there, they'll grab me.
Ahh. I don't think I would bother asking for a title over and over again until I actually get it. If one shop doesn't have it, I'll just go to another shop. There're so many shops all over the place.
*stands aside and looks at Ban while he comes over* Touch her, if you don't believe me. Something's not right, Ban.

About time! jeez, lol.
I got the 5th disk recently, and I'm pissed, all that talk about babylon city and they didnt even show it, yet those fights were awesome. Specially Ginji vs Akabane. It wouldve been cooler if Akabane actually managed to go 100%.
