Heard you guys talking about being an animator who works at home. Mmm......I haven't heard of animators working at home. Do they exist?
I think animators can't work at home because they need to coordinate their work with other people. Animation is not a solo activity. Lots of teamwork and many years of slogging on a project for both American and Japanese animation.
I've seen the behind-the-scenes of Ghibli studios, Disney and Pixar on TV and it's really not easy being an animator. A lot of hard work, dedication and love. Ghibli staff don't even go home to sleep. They sleep at their desks. Hahaha.......

yeah-I could do it though.
I read about studio Ghibli-and I guess work is really laid back when they're on a loose schedule-so they talk, eat meals, and watch movies together until they've got their next project planned out.
That is SO ME!
